While in their care, they “discovered” an issue with the rear differential and strongly recommended immediate repairs. Ronnie and his team were kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They were able to work me in on a very hot day when my AC stopped working. They kept me informed of what work was being done to the car, the estimated cost, and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and I received a comprehensive email that listed the work that was done as well as areas for potential concern in the future. I've never seen such a thorough job before! I have already started telling all my friends to go check them out.

Took my SUV in for an oil change. The diagnostics indicated a whole lot more: water pump, serpentine belt, battery. I was shocked at the price since I was expecting just an oil change. Their process is solid with notifications at every step to keep me informed. The team at Terry’s is very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. They really worked with me along the way. And, the job was completed ahead of schedule with a 3year warranty. Next visit I hope will just be an oil change😁!

RO# 101241. Terry’s Service Center did a bang up (no pun intended) job putting my wife Zora’s KIA back together after a visit from the KIA Boyz. The vandals broke out the back window and messed up everything underneath the steering column trying to steal the car. But they couldn’t steal it, so that’s a blessing. We took it to Terry’s for repairs and now it’s good as new. It was our first, but certainly not our last, visit to Terry’s Service Center. Thanks guys!

If you’re looking for the perfect auto repair Service ,Terry’s is the best I have ever encountered. Before the Christmas holidays my 2015 escalate blew an engine these people replaced the engine before New Year’s Day and had me back in business on the first of the year. There hospitality was right on giving me a place to reside over night and serving me breakfast the following morning.
