I can’t recommend this shop enough! Rachel at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent with all communication and made sure we were taken care of throughout the stressful process of our transmission repair. We will certainly trust them with our car repairs in the future.

I had an issue with an oil leak, they were able to get me in a day later and have the issue resolved quickly at a fair price. Rachel was awesome to work, she was very honest and transparent. Communication was great during the process. I hope I don’t have to visit often but if I have car issues, this is where I’ll be going for repair.

Highly recommend. They replaced my transmission two years ago and although that is a very painfully expensive repair, Rachel was highly communicative and honest about my options and the cost. Great shop. I’ve had my car in for a handful of things over the years and they’ve been very easy to work with. At one point they sourced refurbished parts to help me get the repair under budget, and at another point when they decided the job was a bit over their head they recommended another shop and didn’t charge me any diagnostic fee for their time. Would definitely recommend!

This auto shop, is one of the best, I have been to, in years! The staff is very relatable, and effective. I had some repairs done, shorty before leaving Nashville. Rachel, made it possible to honor my warranty, all the way in Arizona! I would definitely recommend. They are awesome!!!
