German Motorworks

I had a fantastic experience at German Motor Works. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and truly professional. The team was great overall, but I want to especially highlight Fernando for going above and beyond. Fernando was exceptional throughout my visit. He was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely willing to help. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offer sound advice, and ensure I was comfortable and confident with each step of the process. His attention to detail and customer-first attitude really stood out and made a lasting impression. This shop did an amazing job on the PPI for my car. They walked me through everything, pointed out things I never would’ve known, and honestly did a better job than the dealership—which says a lot. I’m out of state, but they still treated me like a local. Super professional and thorough. Highly recommend! My car is a gt4rs

This place deserves -10 stars. My husband and I live 4 hours away from a potential car we were looking to buy. Based on the 4.8 rating we trusted this company to do a PPI and save my husband the headache of driving to find something wrong with the car. The cost of the PPI was $400 which is pretty high, but worth it to save a 4hr drive. After a confirmation the car looked good (along with a very grainy, dark video)- my husband made the drive up to (what we thought) buy the car. After not even 5 minutes, my husband uncovered the car had damage to the bumper along with a very apparent rip in the drivers seat. This company cost my husband 8 hours of driving and after an unapologetic email we…

Bret and his team always take care of my BMW. I moved here 3 years ago and have been coming here since. They are professional and I believe they are best priced when working with German cars ! I have had a 428i and now a 430i

Excellent experience - Was traveling in from NY and hit a very bad pothole. Bret understood the situation and was able to get me in immediately to look at my G80 and assess the damage. Its always scary when you’re out of town on a road trip and have car issues because you don’t know who to trust! Very grateful to connect with a fellow BMW enthusiast and shop owner who understands this.
