Crash Champions Collision Repair Downtown Nashville

Really appreciate that these guys were willing to stand behind the guarantee of their work. We had a couple of issues to work through after my main repair, and everyone I dealt with was really friendly and professional. Thank you Crash Champions!

I got into an accident on my way to my own graduation 3 weeks ago. Hit by a deer sadly. I was a little nervous as I dropped off a brand new BMW in mint condition to this location. It took 3 weeks to fix, when i returned I was in awe of the work this company did. Amazing work. Car looks newer than what condition I bought the car in. Amazing work. Amazing paint job. I truly appreciate the work this company did on my car. I was fully prepared to give as honest of a review that I could give and this is it. Amazing job!

Exceptional service—highly recommend 100%! I had an outstanding experience with this car shop! My insurance company referred me, and from day one, the communication was excellent. The staff was highly professional, efficient, and wasted no time, which I truly appreciated. They provided timely updates throughout the process, and to my surprise, my Audi was ready even before the expected date. Not only was the work top-notch, but they also returned my car washed and with a spotless interior. Thanks guys.

Do not take your car to this shop. It has been almost 3 months since they have been "fixing my car" here and they always have a different excuse to take more time to fix my car. I had to go all the way to the shop to be able to see what progress my car has made because every time I asked for an update, they never told me exactly what they were doing to my car. My experience with this place has been terrible and I would never recommend anyone to get their car fixed here. My car has been there since Feb 05 and today is April 24 and they still have not finished fixing my car. At first they said they would take a month to fix it and then they started changing the dates over and over a…

I literally can not say enough wonderful things about this place. From the beginning of our interaction to the end. Everyone was so nice and so pleasant. Jeff was very transparent with me up front letting me know that due to Covid certain parts were taking a little longer to get. I dropped my car off on 12/29/22 and wasn’t expecting to see it again till February or March. So I was completely shocked when they called me today 1/10/23 to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. I 100% will be recommending them to everyone I know or meet that needs to get their car fixed!!!!!
