Ben’s Auto Service & Tire

I've used Ben's for a few years now. We moved last year north of town, but I still try to get my truck down to him for maintenance. I recently had some misfire issues and let him have a look before throwing a lot of money at it. Unfortunately, I ended up having a motor problem, but it's something that easily could've turned into a good bit of money at another shop with no actual fix. And I actually had a recommendation from another mechanic to change out my oil pan years back, whereas Ben was able to use another oil plug that eliminated the need for the new pan. All said, it's a super solid shop with outstanding service.

A friend reccomened Ben's to me four years ago. My regular mechanic at the time had just sold his property in WeHo and closed his shop. So glad to have found Ben's. Mike runs the front office and is an ex-mechanic/car repair shop owner. So you are immediately in good and knowing hands when you walk in. Ben used to work for Mike, so these two guys are in-sync when it comes to taking care of you and your car. I have a 2005 Camry with 160,000 miles. My wife has a newer Avalon. The garage at Ben's is so clean you could eat off the floor. I trust these guys with all repairs, new tires, urgent fixes, etc. I would give them ten stars if I could.

At first I was skeptical of a mechanic shop that had all 5 star reviews, but these guys are the best. I've been going here for around a year and a half or so and have always had a good experience. Good quality work, quickly done, at a fair price, and done by great people. They want what's best for you and your car and always do a great job explaining everything. Even do small touches like refilling my air in my tire and replacing the caps when I went in for an oil change. Truly the best! I've recommended them to all of my friends, who now all go and all have good experiences. I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in Nashville.

Ben's shop is the best I've found in Nashville in the 3 years I've lived in the area. They have consistently done professional work at a fast pace often much quicker than quoted timelines. I've never felt pressured to have any work done that wasn't necessary and they've been great about explaining reasoning for their recommendations. Customer service has been great and they are on a first name basis with everyone who comes into their shop. I've had the most interactions with Mike who's always been friendly and willing to help. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking to support a local mechanic and have continued to go back to them even after …

Got my tires changed at Ben’s today. These guys have been servicing this truck for the past two years. Wish I had known about them sooner. Mike has always been super helpful in making the best choice for my vehicle, especially with these nice new GeoLanders! Quality place with quality people. Hard to find these days.
