Absolutely a 5-star experience! I had a great experience with Wilson Tire & Auto. The staff were friendly and highly professional. They didn’t charge me anything extra—in fact, they called to let me know that a certain service wasn’t necessary, as my vehicle didn’t have that issue. Their honesty ended up saving me some money. I truly appreciate their integrity.

Wow! Great service! After replacing my struts and knuckle myself, I had a noise in my left wheel well. I took it to Honda and they said everything was fine and could not find anything wrong. Not happy with this answer, I took it to Wilson and Tire for their opinion. Yves, mechanic, took a drive with me and heard the noise. After putting I on the rack, he determined the noise was from a loose sway bar. He fixed it quickly and the charge was extremely reasonable!!! Wilson Tire followed up with me several days later to insure I had no other issues. Bottom line – friendly and great service, take the time to listen to you, quick repairs, and reasonable charges. HIGHLY Recommend.

Love these guys (and Lana)! Great customer service and explain car stuff in a way that makes sense without feeling condescending. Really upfront with pricing and willing to break down each cost so you know what you're paying for. I called them in the morning to inquire about A/C repair (literally just asking when their next availability was) and it was fixed by 1 pm that same day. Will definitely be using them in the future!

These people are organized liars, operating behind fake smiles. They stole a $1,000 from me, and refused to give me real copies of the payments with the price paid for some of the diagnostic work. A diagnostic, smoke test and the recommended repairs to which I don't believe was actually done. (over $700.00) John was supposed to be the mechanic.
