Beaman Toyota Service

I went in to get some normal maintenance done on my 2019 4Runner. Sterling was an absolute delight to work with. Unfortunately there was a little mix up on what all I wanted done. But between Sterling’s dedication to customer service and the incredible hard work of the mechanics, I feel amazingly well taken care of. I’ve always been a fan of Toyota, but this experience certainly has made me a customer for life. Thank you Sterling and the rest of the crew at Beaman Toyota.

All of the staff I interacted with were welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable! They have a big inventory with many different types of cars to choose from. They are also very honest and upfront about everything regarding buying and/or trading in a car- taking accountability when/if it’s needed. The cars in their inventory are all well kept up with and all look very nice! Although it’s a normal thing to be at a car dealership for a long while when buying, I was there a lot longer than expected and wished I got more updates along the way of why it was taking so long/where I sat in the process. Regardless of that, I 100% recommend Beaman to anyone!

I had a service appointment yesterday 4/17 for oil change and tire rotation. I was there for nearly 3 hrs but yet I still left with a good attitude thinking everything was fine. Only to find out they left my oil engine open. The car was smoking like it was about to explode and i had my son with me. I Spoke with the service manager today and he said they will tow it and do inspection. I never had this type of experience with a dealership before, It’s outrageous!

I changed my oil on the 21st. One day they put the plug in the bottom. It's unbelievable. This can't happen. My life is in danger. My engine is now being checked. I hope it's in perfect condition. Please, thank you very much.
